The staff was patient and provided exceptional service. the room was neat, unique, and had good beds with comfy bedding. - the place was overall clean. - the guesthouse has convenient nearby parking.

The location in a really friendly area was quiet and stunning and there were a night market and a bazaar nearby.

Brilliant guesthouse. Extremely good value for money Spotlessly clean and a lovely swimming pool. Easy tuk tuk into the centre. Simple and good cafe on site. I would highly recommend it.

Great location with a lovely setting, right near the hustle and bustle of the city center and the vibrant night market 🌃. the breakfast spread was generous with plenty of delicious options to choose from. the hotel is conveniently just a stone's throw away from the main alley.

Far from the city center

The rooms are good and the staff is friendly. The swimming pool is also good and has a nice temperature, althought they use a strange kind of cleaning system. They also have a good travel agency ('Ben Travel'), we booked a jungle trekking trip there. We certainly liked our stay at Ben Guesthouse.

The rooms are quite dark and the kitchen isn't managed very well. Sometimes it took more than half-an-hour before the dishes were ready.

The location of this place is great, close to the clocktower area, restaurants, and the town center, the rooms are brand new and spacious with WiFi and air conditioning, and the breakfast is satisfying!

Tastefully designed, typical Lana style guesthouse, easy going place, clean rooms and bathroom, basic, very friendly staff, good food. A 20 minute walk to the night bazaar and city centre... Ideal for families or sola travelers.

I have requested the owner Brooks f( an anglicized name ) to get a decent coffee machine as instant Nescafé in a land of fantastic coffee( which surprised me ) just did not go well with the rest of the place/service
